Just got a call from The Collins saying that they cancelled the New Belgium dinner. I'm bummed because my wife was taking me there for my birthday. They offered us seats to their Firestone Walker or Ninkasi/Left Hand dinners. Not sure if we're gonna do either of those. Might go to the Iron Brewer event @ Beveridge Place instead. That one sounds pretty cool too.

Reigning champ Hales vs. Snoqualmie (ingredients: spruce and figs)
Also, Black Raven vs. Big Time (Indian curry spices)
And, Naked City vs Snipes Mt (heather and mugwort)

Bummer on the New Belgian Dinner being cancelled. I haven't locked anything in yet, but I'm sure I will be hitting up some events here and there. I was looking at the Paxton dinner at Brouwers but the price tag was a bit steep for me. Lots of great stuff going on though.
