Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21/48
10 lbs pale malt 2 row
5 lbs munich malt 10L
1 lb crystal malt 60L
4 oz crystal hops 4.10 for 90 mins
2 3/4 cups honey added last 15 mins of boil
Mash at 122 for 30 mins, raise to
154 for 40 mins
Been messing around with honey for 6 monthes or so, and this is the best recipe I've came up with yet!!!
