So as the title says, I've been cold crashing my 5 gallon better bottle of Baltic Porter (it's gonna be soooooo good ). It's in my mini-fridge hovering just above freezing. I'd like to bottle it sometime this week, sooo...
1. What temp should it be for bottling (regular ~70 degrees?)
2. Based on number 1, about how many days in advance should I remove it from mini fridge and leave it in the 70 degree air to get to said bottling temp?
Thanks in advance!
