Anyone brewed this New Holland high gravity stout ....
Getting the recipe from 250 classic style magazine .
And running the numbers threw BeerSmith 2
And since it had oat flakes though it should be an oatmeal stout
But thats not the case . Drag, milk is 10 percent and the magazine says 8 percent
I inputed the recipe in beer smith and has even a more different number
So any information here would help , I was thinking of bunting up the grain bill to 10 percent
And keeping the IBU's and SRM the same
