Hello- wondering how long you should sanitize your equipment for. For example gathering a quick sample from the wine thief, test jar & hydrometer.

I just spray the items with some StarSan and give them about a minute
 
Agreed...2 mins is the stated time I think, but the creator says you get kill in 30 seconds. Sometimes I don't even wait that long.
 
I use 12.5 ppm iodine in cold water, soak stuff for at least 2-3 minutes. I think the bottle might say five minutes...
