I always like to try new things ...
The latest is substituting half of the regular malt extract with baker's malt extract (which is abt 25% cheaper than normal extract)
I wasn't disappointed with the results, but was curious if anyone else has tried this ??
I think I read that there is much lower attenuation w/this kind of extract ..
