PBW Sitting In Line For Extended Period

I was cleaning out my kegs/kegerator this past weekend and flushed my lines with a PBW solution from my corny. About a week or more later I came back to notice some of the PBW solution still sitting in probably half the line. I cleared the line out and rinsed it with water, but it still has a somewhat strong scent to it. I know most of you will probably say to just replace the line, but is there any way to rinse it free of the PBW scent? Or will this not effect the taste of my next brew? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
