profile for coffee and cocoa powder

I am putting a chocolate espresso stout recipe into beersmith, and it doesn't seem to have a profile for cocoa or coffee. I'd like to add this into my beersmith ingredients, but I have no idea what the profile should look like. Could someone help?

neither will add any fermentable sugars.
really they would only affect the final color. i could only guess at mimicking the settings for color based off roasted barely or black patent malt.
