I was out in the warehouse inspecting a part when i ran acrossthese bad boys. I guess i didnt know but my company started buying o2 cylinders that are full to empty send out to repair and recertify... we have like 50 of them and they are all full. I guess im going to have to do the hard job of emptying them! :)...

If im understanding this correctly all I have to do is buy a steel 2 micron stone and aerate the wort with the o2 right after i pur it into the fermenter and boom ready to go? cap it up and let the yeast go to work....

Thats pretty much it, but be carefull with pure o2 it is possible to over aerate.

Yeah, for a 5-gallon batch, you're looking at 30-60 seconds of pure O2. No need to run them full-bore, either, bubbles on the surface is O2 that's not in the wort.
