I'm on my third batch, trying a dunkelweizen. I just opened the top to the primary fermenter and this is what I saw:

Some background info:
Recipe - Dunkelweizen
Original Yeast - Danstar Munich
I had to re-pitch the yeast because the fermentation would not start after 4 days, so I had to pitch with what I had on hand which was muntons gold.
I kept the temperature at a constant 72 F for ~two weeks.
I'm not sure if it is infected or not. My first two brews (an amber ale and a nut brown) did not look anything like this.
Any help would be appreciated.
