help build wooden jockey box

hello.
would like to make a wooden jockey box but dont have any of the tools to build one. anyone in the milwaukee area wanna help me out? have a wedding next year and would love to make one to serve out of

Do you want to build something that cooler goes into? Like a cover? Or build the whole thing out of wood?

either would like to do the whole think out of wood. or build around a cooler with the cooler built into it

That thing is bad ass! If I had my tools with me it would be doable. Sadly I'm not fully equipped here :-(
