I have a ale that I wanted to had honey to, the ale has been the 2ndary for about a week, I wanted to add some honey for flavor and maybe boost up the ABV, could I just add honey to the sendary and stur it up? If I can and should do that, how much would give some what of a honey taste? Thanks!

At the point you're at in the fermentation, I probably wouldn't bother adding honey unless you're really dead set on it.

But if you're really, really dead set I'd probably throw in 3-3 1/2 lbs. if its a 5 to 6 gallon batch to get a good honey taste.

But uh... personally I'd hold off on it.

I agree with holding off, it should have gone into the primary where there's lots of yeast there to work on fermenting it. They might get it done in the secondary, but it would likely take a lot longer to finish up and clear.
