Scorched Thumb IPA

Brewing my first batch with the help of a HomeBrewTalk member, amishland!! I just racked into my secondary and just finished putting in the dry-hops. Super excited, can't wait to bottle in 7 days! :rockin:

looks nice, whats the recipe?

Just a suggestion in regards to the airlock - as you mentioned in the picture; if you use starsan in the airlock, it bubbles out. I suggest using cheap vodka instead

It is the Cornerstone IPA from Adventures In Homebrewing

Took forever to get back to it, but here it is.

I bottled it about 2 weeks ago and have been waiting for it to carbonate. I've had a couple to see how it is progressing (10..what? it's good.. )

So far a couple have been just about perfect while some of them still have a little bit of residual sweetness, but that should fade over the next week I think. The hop-bite is VERY nice. Its not overwhelming, just perfect.

Not too bad for my first batch I don't think. This is gonna be a good hobby
