Greetings everyone.. I am home brewer from the Dallas Fort Worth area and have spent some time reading through all the excellent information on HBT. I am looking forward to spending more time here gaining valuable insight into improving on my brewing techniques. I have been involved with the craft since 1998 and looking to move into larger double batch AG brewing. PROSIT!
