This is a 3 gallon BIAB recipe that I sure hope I like.

4.25 gallons to 165deg

5 lbs Marris Otter
6+ oz Victory Malt
8 oz Honey Malt

Mash at 154 for 60 min
Sparge with enough water to bring up to 4 gallons.

.75 oz Fuggles at 60
.75 oz Fuggles at 10
.5 oz Fuggles at 5

Nottingham yeast

3 gallons in the carboy

OG: 1.055
FG: 1.012

I'm drinking this beer now. I didn't make a starter with the washed Nottingham and it was stuck for a short while. I only had US05 in the house so I kicked a starter of that into the fermenter after about 36 hrs. I have a little estery taste to it but as it conditions in the bottle it gets better.

SWMBO is drinking it as well, so it must not be too bad. ;)

I have no idea if this will be a good beer but if I seen a beer called that at the store I would probably buy it lol.
