I just took receipt of a B3 sculpture that will do 20 gallon batches (2100 model). My question is - when I have a recipe for 5 gallons, can I just multiply each line by 4 for my 20 gallon system, or are there certain items that need to be adjusted?

Thanks

I would just plug your 5 gallon recipe into ProMash, lock the ingredients to batch size and kick it up to 20 gallons.

You are better off working backwards from a 1bbl recipe, and then tweaking the amounts to meet your efficiency. While in theory, you should be able to "do the math" your brew lab is unique, and will need some tweaking. I'll share additional notes later tonight on my 10 gallon setup that may provide you with some onsight.
