Can I use superyeast for cider?

You probably could, but I wouldn't recommend it. With a potential 20 - 22% ABV being achieved in a week, all flavor will be stripped away.

For me, low (temperature) and slow (fermentation) is the way to go.
 
That yeast is not meant to ferment anything but sugar. It's used for distilling.

Any other yeast would be better, but after reading some on malolactic fermentation I'll be using Lavlin 71B on my next batch.
