Asking because everyone's saying the 4912 can just fit the 5lb tank, and I was thinking of going with this one. Wondering how often I'll have to refill it.
How long or how many 5gal batches do 5lb and 10lb CO2 tanks last you guys?

I'm on my 7th keg with my 5lb co2 tank. I think it's pretty close to empty though. I use co2 to carbonate and serve.

I think it averages to about 10 corny's from a 5lb CO2 tank, assuming no waste, no leaks.
by waste i mean "carb pressure is the same as serving pressure...you won't be turning off CO2 and venting the keg a little to get down to serving PSI"
its a lot easier to just get longer beer lines, than venting all the time.
