Fletcher Street Brewing in Alpena, MI ??

I've asked around and looked at websites like probrewer.com to try and find out why Fletcher Street Brewing in Alpena, Mi has shut down. They have all brand new beautiful equipment with a very large capacity. All I've been able to find so far is just some small town hearsay when I visit the area. Not to perpetuate the rumors but I've heard that they had money problems and that they couldnt find a brewer.

Can anyone substantiate either of these or have a real reason they shut down?
