New Home brewery

I have only just joined this site. I've been brewing with a friend and we have several projects going in Home Brewing. we are currently remodeling section of a garage into a home brewery. we have a three keg setup with a very DIY Herms system that works well and were building on it all the time, as funds allow. We're adding a big kitchen sink, counter space and a dishwasher in order to make clean up of all those small parts quick and easy. We have a keezer/fermentation chamber and plans for storage space.

I want to know what you guys think would work well in a set up like this.
