Hello all. While the first brew on our new Brutus 20 electric system went really well, I did notice a much higher than expected boil off rate. When I was boiling in a turkey fryer I would boil off between three quarters and a full gallon in an hour. With the 5500 watt element, I boiled off almost two gallons. Since as I understand it more water volume is actually beneficial in a no sparge system, at least in an efficiency sense, I am not to worried. Should I be?

No reason to be worried as long as your MT and BK are large enough to start with a larger volume to get the desired finishing volume. Then you can simply plan for the extra gallon and you should hit your OG fine.
