I recently made and have been drinking a Watney's Cream Stout clone. Fantasic beer and I order the ingredients to make two more batches. Ideally, I'd like to see if I can improve it without months of aging.

In the absence of letting it age for months, can I add 2 or more ounces of cocoa powder to the wort for more of a rich or chocolate essence and will there be any lingering sweet taste from bottle conditioning with honey?

there will be a sweetness. when honey ferments it leaves plenty of taste behind. hence the invention of mead. really i would just let it age for the proper amount of time. hurry and brewing don't mix well.
