I've been searching for a few days for just a basic cyser recipe, and have yet to find one. All the ones I'm finding have a whole bunch of extra stuff added to them. I want to keep it as simple as possible. I'm planning a 6 gallon batch so I figured maybe 4-5 gallons of apple cider and 8-10 lbs of honey. I'd like to keep the og around 1.100.

Another question, does cyser clear up? Or does it stay cloudy like the cider originally was?
 
5 gal cider, 1 gal honey = simple. OG has been ~ 1.007-1.009 every time.

Cyser usually clears really, really well...my last cyser cleared so well I bottled it right from primary.

I've always used Wyeast Dry Mead yeast, but this year I'm going to try 71B...
