I'm planning to fire up the kettle this week, and I'll try my first batch of wheat.

The hops I have in the freezer are:

Pellets:
Centennial
Chinook
Northern Brewer
Yakima Magnum

Whole:
Amarillo

Does anyone have any experience with which of these would make a good basic wheat brew? I intend to make some fruit/wheats in the future, with whole blueberries, and chopped cranberries.

Help!

I would go with the northern. maybe if you are feeling silly try some of the centennial along with it.
Will this be a german, belgium or american wheat?

An American. I also roasted some wheat grain in the oven this morning. 2 cups of whole red winter wheat, 350 degrees for about an hour. When you bite into the grains, they have a toasty deliciousness to them.

These will be steeped into the kettle before boil.
