Wise Ass Red Bitter??

I misplaced my copy of The Complete Joy of Homebrewing so I just went out and bought a new edition. It seems that the recipe for Wise Ass Red Bitter is no longer in the book.

So...if anyone happens to have an older copy would you be so kind as to share the recipe with me? It would be greatly appreciated.

4.4 lbs. Premier Malt hopped light malt extract
1.5 lb.s dried light plain malt extract
1/8 lb. roasted barley
2 oz. Cascade hop pellets
1/2 oz. Hallertauer hop pellets
1-2 pkgs. ale yeast

Thanks Wayne...not to push my non-searching luck but would you know the hop schedule? I didn't see any mention of it in that thread.

Most of Charlie's recipes from this time used the first hops for bittering in a 60 minute boil. The second addition was usually 5 minutes before the end of boil.

Probably the Cascade at 60 and the Hallertauer at 5. That's nominal for a Bitter.
