Does anyone do this? I made a big batch of 1.035 starter wort and canned it in mason jars so I could just pull one one I need to make a starter. Just wondering if there could be a problem with this I haven't thought of. Anyone tried it?

As long as you sterilized it useing heat and preassure, like with a presure cooker, then they will work perfectly. Refrigorate unused stuff and when you open the jar to use it make sure you have a nice flame within 3 feet to sterilize the air around you.

So just so I'm clear, it's okay to boil can if I keep it in a fridge, right? That's what I gathered from those other threads...
