Do you need to cool kegerator lines?

You could but I don't think it would be necessary. You will only have about 10 inches of tube outside the fridge so that's probably like 1.5 oz of beer not sitting at fridge temp. I would say that's rather insignificant. It will only really effect your first draw of the night and the other 10.5+ oz of beer is going to cool the 1.5 oz rather quickly.

You should be fine.
