I've brewed a few gallons now and not sure if any of my brews exhibit chill haze. Since my 3rd brew i have been using Irish moss and do see proteins settling in my hydrometer test tube when i make my sg draw. Since these proteins settle out and i also secondary my brews i don't think i've seen the haze and am curious what it looks like. When i chill my bottles the beer is still clear to see through but when i pour i can't see through it.
