Do I need to have a pump and recirculate during the mash?
Can I load up my MLT with the necessary water (less 1 or 2 gallons for mash out) and grain, mash for 60 minutes, mash out with the 1 or 2 gallons of reserved water, vourlauf, and drain to the BK?
