Im looking for help building water profiles from distilled water. Are there any resources that have different recipes for building water. I have checked out the ezwater calculator and don't know where to start. Im looking for something that will tell me to add x amount of this and x amount of this to get whatever profile im looking for.

Bru'n Water has a large selection of verified water profiles and the tools to help determine what additions you'll need to recreate them.

If you're starting with distilled or RO water, you just select either of those water types on the Water Adjustment sheet and dial up the dilution to 100%. Then you start adding differing amounts of any of the minerals that are shown on the sheet until you approximate the profile you want. You may not have all the different minerals, so you can concentrate on the minerals you do have on hand.

There is a large section on brewing water knowledge that will help you understand what you're doing and why.
