My plan is:

6.6 lbs. Pilsen LME
2 lbs. Light DME
1 lb. Roasted Barley
2 lbs. 2-Row
1 lb. Chocolate
1/2 lb. Caramel 120
1/2 lb. Debittered Black
1 lb. flaked oats
1 cup Brown Sugar

Steep grains @ 154 for 1 hr.

1 oz. Challenger @ 60 min.
1 oz. Willamette @ 60 min.
1 oz. Willamette @ 10 min

2 packs rehydrated US-04

Ferment on the low end of the range.

1 oz. Spicebarn coconut extract at bottling

How does that sound?

How many gallons are you brewing? If for 5gal, looks like a solid recipe. I personally would drop the coconut, but I hate coconut and vanilla tastes in my stouts. But, to each their own.

You are correct. It would have been a solid recipe, but I used my larger wine bucket thinking I wanted to make more than 5 gal. and ended up adding too much water. The O.G. was 1.077. It should still be a rather big beer, but I was hoping for something a little more "Imperial."

I'm sticking with the coconut, though. I have made a few standard strength oatmeal stouts and porters with the extract at bottling and they were some of my favorites...like drinking a Mounds bar.
