Hey guys,
So I've been looking for a fermentation chamber, and started to think. Do you brewer's who like to have a consistent pipeline, brewing every couple or few weeks, have multiple fermentation chambers? Or do you just fit multiple buckets in one chamber. I'm just under the impression each beer has a specific optimal temperature. Then when you lager, are you just not doing ales for the 6 weeks or so it takes to lager? I'm just curious how you guys pull this off. I have to believe you don't have 5 mini-fridges sitting around.
