Hi,
Been lurking here for a bit getting some good info. Been ordering kits from Austin and making them, had a couple of screw ups but I am learning.

Would love to get together with someone that does all grain so I could watch the procedure sometime.

Welcome! There are a bunch of us that get together on occasion for brewing/shenanigans. Keep a lookout for GRABASS threads and you'll find us. There's actually an event this weekend, but I don't know how much brewing will be going on.

No the sign is actually in Mid Town Manhattan. Mayor Bloomberg has recently introduced a motion to the New York City Council to incorporate the Triangle as New York's southern borough.
