Distilling

Hey all,

I was just discussing with my friends about homebrewers who go pro, and how it seems to be a dream for a lot of us. Then we started talking about making whiskey. Yes, I know it is illegal. No, I don't want to do it.

But, I was wondering if anyone on here has thought about going pro in distilling?

I do not want information on distilling. I know there are plenty of sites for that. I am wondering if anyone has thought about becoming a pro distiller.

If this stirs up too much controversy, please remove this thread.

This is a homebrew forum, not a distilling forum. I'm sure your question would be better answered on a distilling forum.
