for an OG of 1.55-1.62, what should i expect the FG to be at bottling time, once it has finished fermentation

i ask this because my main batch just hit 1.1 FG and i plan to bottle next week when i get back from vegas, but i want to make sure its done first

also what ABV should i expect with this batch, and how long should i have it sit in bottles before drinking?

P.S. 5 gallon batch, planning on backsweetening with 2-3 cans of concentrate, then bottle pasteurizing

here is the exact recipe

5-gallons motts 100%
5-6 LARGE oranges
Safale S-04 yeast
2 cinnamon sticks
2 can apple concentrate (backsweetening)
1 can orange concentrate (backsweetening)
1/2lb brown sugar

I'll assume you mean 1.055 ish

Cider usually drops to a bit below 1.000
You can let it sit for months after that, so just let it go and don't worry.

just racked to secondary today after 3 weeks in primary, how long should i wait to bottle?

Until gravity is consistent for 3 consecutive days. Then you know it's done.

Some of the best cider I had bulk aged in secondary for 3 months in my den (just room temp) with an air lock. Not by design but by laziness.

Really, don't sstress. As long as you with clean it will be fine
