Hi,

Hey Phil, why not brew in Brussels? Unless maybe you left your kit behind. There is a pretty good shop in Belgium, Brouwland, that actually serves a good chunk of European homebrewers. In the lot on weekends you'll see cars from Holland, France, Germany...

Also I know another homebrewer in Brussels. Fellow American expat. Drop me a PM and I'll connect you.

I took a hiatus from brewing while I lived in Mons. Too much studying the beers over there to have time to brew.
