I have a fair amount of Citra and Sorachi Ace that I want/need to use in a batch that will be an IPA/IIPA. Have the hop schedule/amount down as per other recipes that have used this combo. The recipes that I have come across normally use 2 Row and some low L Crystal but I am wondering/open to suggestions as to what other grains or adjuncts might work well with these hops (I have plenty of Pilsen, Marris, & Munich on hand as well as an assortment of Crystal from 120L to 5L).
