Well, at least I can say I didn't screw up the brewing process. After a few days of trying to figure out the odd, yet barley noticeable aftertaste in my brown ale, I think I simply failed to propertly rinse the PBW out of my keg before transfering. The inital taste is yum, then eww... sorta like a "Mmmmmmuhohno." I'll give it a few more days to sit since I the amber rye won't be ready for a keg till then anyway. But I'm fairly certain this needs to go. No one wants to drink cleaning chemicals.

I have a nifty keg washer contraption from Austin Homebrew, it hooks up to the posts, invert the keg, and let 'er rip with a garden hose for a few minutes. Power rinse! :ban:
