am newby brewwed my first batch last thursday, 2/12 gallons, extraxt with 3lbs extra dry DME and 1oz of cascade divided into thirds. MY experiment is going to add 2 oz of ROSES sweetened lime juice to the secondary fermintation ingrediants list it as mainly corn syrup and lime juice. Got this idea as read a recipe where the added suger to the secondary to boost fermentables and add a bit of sweetness. Any other sugestions?
