Just a quick note to get by the first post. I have never done an all grain batch yet do mostly the kit thing. Hard to keep up with it all having 5 boys that come ever every weekend to make sure the brew don't go bad

Welcome to the forum. You should tell us where you're from, there may be a fellow brewer right around the corner.
Don't be afraid to ask questions. You can search first, but sometimes trying to search for a specific question can be difficult.
