Hi All,

In the past year or so I have fallen in love with the products from Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY, just 20 mins from my house. I was just wondering what other Belgian-American breweries there are that are worth trying. Thanks, and cheers!

Oh man, so many. In your neck of the woods, you should definitely try Allagash. They make some of my favorite Belgian styles ever. Others that come to mind are Russian River, Lost Abbey, The Bruery, Avery, Jolly Pumkin, Victory. Tons more. Every craft brewer also seems to try their hand at Belgians, and a few specialize.

Fortunately, there is a wealth of choices out there. But Ommegang and Allagash, those are two of the best and should provide you lots of options.

There's a couple of Canadian breweries specialising in Belgian styles. Unibroue and Dieu Du Ciel are the two that spring to mind.
