I'm going to brew JZ German Lager, he calls for Perle as bitterring hop. I've never used this hop, will Magnum be a descent substitution?
If not I have in stock also: Mittelfruh, Spalt Seclect, Tettnanger, Marynka, Lublin, what do you suggest?
 
The replacement would be Challenger, Galena, Chinook or Northern Brewer.

I'd use Tettnanger. just double check your AA%.

I, too, would go with Tettnanger, maybe with a little of the Marynka if the alpha acids in the Tettnanger are a little low.
