Now I'm looking to step it up a notch and make some changes. Going to brew this up on Sunday. Will be my biggest to date.

OMG its gonna be amazing! And your in Newberg dude when this is done we should trade brews !

You live around Newberg? I have 2 batches that I've been drinking for the past month, 2 in bottles conditioning and 2 in primaries. So, in about a month I'll have 6 that I can trade.

No not near Newberg im up in Tacoma but im always down at the future in-laws and parents house in Portland most weekends

I love this recipe.

I brewed a ICDA recently with Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe hops and I was amazed at the flavors that are created when you mix the flavors of these varieties with the light roasts. There were hints of rosemary and mint... very different and everyone's enjoyed this style.
