I bought some grain and milled it and then my brew day fell through. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to get back to it for a couple weeks. Is there any way I can save it until then or is it just a waste?

thanks,
kman

It is fine. Seal it up as air tight as possible. I have used crushed grain in paper bag 4 weeks after it was crushed, just fine. The enemy is moisture, keep it dry and it will be fine.

Seal it up in big Ziploc bag, put it in a cool spot, it'll be OK. My son was caught with a batch of milled grain between moves, and it was six months before he could use it. He made beer with it eventually, and it was just fine.
