I bought some grain and milled it and then my brew day fell through. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to get back to it for a couple weeks. Is there any way I can save it until then or is it just a waste?

Seal it up in big Ziploc bag, put it in a cool spot, it'll be OK. My son was caught with a batch of milled grain between moves, and it was six months before he could use it. He made beer with it eventually, and it was just fine.

freezer works well, too. Just keep it as airtight as you can.

I vacuum pack everything that I am not using right away, never had an issue with old grains.
