I started a batch of the brew house red ale yesterday and i am useing a 23l carboy with a blow out tube .
when i put the yeast in i got some stuck on the neck.
the batch is 24 hrs old and i was wondering if i should do anything to the yeast or just leave it. the foam has now come up to the top and is shooting threw my blow off and the yeast is now wet and just stuck all around the neck.
