This is an Oz Pale Ale setup, made from Cooper's Beer Concentrate

The major ingredients - Cooper's Australian Pale Ale, Brew Enhancer 2 and Nottingham Yeast

That's the extra cascade hops plus Straight "A" cleanser and sanitizer.

Thanks guys, but this is from a beer concentrate, so the work is mainly done by the manufacturer. But it was cool to have such a good finish! :)
