Bottle carbing/conditioning temp & duration

What is a typical length of time to leave my bottled brew in a warmer temp before I move it to a cooler location?

I just bottled tonight, and I will place my cases in a ~75 degree room. How long should I keep it there before I move it downstairs, where it stays around 68F?

I would recommend 3 weeks and then you should be fine.

3 weeks @70F or above is the generally agreed upon rule. Many bottles will carb sooner but the beer will often still taste "green."
