Ok my first batch of cream ale has been fermenting for 6 days today the krausen has reduced significantly, what could this be a result from?

It's just dropping out as the fermentation is finishing up. It's a good thing, give it a minimum another week, preferably two. Take a few gravity readings over a couple days and bottle it up. Once the krausen starts dropping out your beer will start clearing up nicely.

Thanks that helps a lot!! My wife worried me when she said she checked it and there was no foamy stuff! But thanks
