Can I harvest from reused yeast cake?

I've used a yeast cake twice and the 2nd beer is about ready to move to secondary. Is there any reason I can't wash this yeast and use it again? I've harvested from a single use yeast cake before but didn't know if there was any reason to not use it after 2 beers.

absolutely (especially if it was an "expensive" yeast).

There is no reason not to. 2 batches on a cake will not affect the yeast.

Expensive if you consider yeast from the bottom of a couple Rogue bottles
