I'm genuinely interested in this style. All of my usual sources for info on beer styles are mum on this one. I love Biere de Garde style and I understand this to be a cousin with less aging time required. I also notice that there seems to be a desire by craft breweries to sour this style. I'm considering acidulated malt over Brett. I'm not comfortable with bugs yet...
